Shipping + Returns
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after payment has been processed.
- Shipping is always FREE in the continental USA unless expedited shipping is requested
- All orders are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number via the email you provided please contact Kaci at email@example.com
- Once shipping has been initiated the package is no longer the liability of me, Kaci Workman Cowley, or Krush Couture
- Insurance on packages can be purchased at the request of the customer.
- At this time, we do not ship anywhere outside of the continental USA. Thanks for understanding.
KRUSH COUTURE is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. The mail/shipping carriers will be solely responsible once the items have been initiated to be shipped.
KRUSH COUTURE is not responsible for items marked "DELIVERED" by the United States Postal Service. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package.
"Krush Couture" refers to owner Kaci Workman Cowley and also Krush Couture as an entity.
Customer service is my JAM & I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you are not, please read below for our return policy information.
If an item is returned to us within the 10 day window and meets our criteria, we will issue a full refund minus our original cost of shipping to you.
- Merchandise may be returned & delivered to us within 10 days from the date you received your order for a refund.
- Refunds will only be given back to the original form of payment.
- Items that are returned after 10-30 days will be issued store credit only. Anything returned after 30 days will be store credit at 50% off the original price.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
- Items returned without tags will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Items returned with makeup stains, deodorant streaks, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any similar stains or odors will be refused. Those items will be returned after customer pays for return shipping fees.
- Shoes MUST be returned in the original box and placed in an additional shipping box/bag. To receive a refund, DO NOT return shoe box with any stickers or tears to it.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- If you are local, all of the above applies minus the return shipping.
- ALL KRUSH CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size/color. If item is not in stock for the size/color needed, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges must meet the same criteria as a return.
ALL SALES ITEMS & ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE OF 30% OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
